One of the most common misconceptions is that tarot readings predict the future. I want you to understand that you hold the power to shape your path forward, and that the future is never set in stone. Readings can help provide validation and clarity around issues or questions in your life.

Another common misconception is that there are “good” and “bad” cards. The cards have many interpretations, and while some may traditionally be known for more negative connotations (The Devil, Death), ultimately each card provides helpful information to you to make your own choices and progress in your life.

When I begin a reading, I’ll start by setting up my space with a candle, some music, and the card decks to set the tone for the reading. After that, I’ll look at any notes or questions that you left me on your booking form. I’ll meditate on you and your questions for about 15-20 min and write down what comes up for me. From there, I’ll go ahead and pull the cards. I use a mixture of the classical meanings of the cards as well as my intuition to decipher their meaning in the context of each reading.
*If it’s a recorded reading, I’ll send you the recording + Google doc of your cards via email.
*If it’s in-person or via Zoom, we’ll go over the cards together, I’ll answer any questions you may have, and I will send the recording of our call + Google doc of your spread via email afterwards.
